We are currently looking for a Sales Representative who has extensive experience, ideally in property management services.

Your challenges

  • Developing and implementing a commercial strategy in collaboration with the management.
  • Expanding and preserving our existing client portfolio.
  • Proactive prospecting and canvassing in the field to create new business opportunities.
  • Representing our company externally to various business partners.
  • Management and maintenance of our customer database.
  • Negotiate and establish commercial offers in collaboration with our various departments and the back office.

Your strengths

  • Good sales background experience, ideally in property management services.
  • Higher education in sales and commercial.
  • Knowledge of local economic and social fabric (both in Geneva and Lausanne) also a large pool of connections in both area.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Applications, and a good working knowledge with IT tools.
  • Enthusiasm for human relations (socially adept) and has a service oriented approach with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a constructive attitude and the ability to challenge yourself when necessary.
  • Ability to manage a variety of task and projects simultaneously and work well in a team.
  • Organised, rigorous, flexible, a good listener, and open-minded.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • You have a driving licence.
  • Living within Geneva area and is willing to make a long-term commitment.
